Thank you for choosing to spend New Yearīs Eve in the
company of Riders on the Storm at the Roundhouse. Itīs going to be a
fantastic show. We are writing to inform you that due to changes to the
production of the show, seating will no longer be in the round but in the
more usual end- on set up. You will still be seated in the front row area of
the main space but can choose which seats you want to sit in rather than
having your reserved seat that corresponds to the Row letter and seat number
on your ticket/s. This will make for a more relaxed and
enjoyable evening all round.
Doors open at 7pm. Your premium ticket gains
access to our special VIP area in the Hub where there will be a lavish
dinner served over the course of the evening along with champagne, wine and
beer or soft drinks if you choose.
You can use this area at any point during the evening
but please make sure you are there post show for a champagne breakfast and
special meet and greet with the band members. The building will close at
1.30am.
In addition you may want to explore other areas of the
building. On level 2 (the Circle) there will be a special temporary
exhibition (in addition to our fascinating permanent exhibition tracing the
amazing history of the building) of Art Vinyl whilst in the FREEDM Studio we
will create a club atmosphere from yester-year with Classic Rock DJ sets
from Pandora from Radio Caroline, an institution not unlike the Roundhouse
with its renegade past.
The schedule for the evening includes:
7-8pm Cocktails and Canapes in the Hub
8pm DJs in the FREEDM Studio
9pm Dinner in the Hub
10.15pm Band on Stage, 1st set
11pm Interval, drinks in the Hub
11.30pm Band on Stage 2nd set
12.15am Gig ends / Champagne Breakfast / Meet the Band
in the Hub
All in all it promises to be a truly memorable
evening.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Roundhouse.
Sincerely
Marcus Davey
