  1. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:00:01 AM (ET) on 7/5/04 and continuing through 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 8/15/04 go to MillerBeer.com and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 8/15/04. Limit one entry per valid e-mail address/per person/per day. MULTIPLE ENTRIES FROM THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS/PERSON ON THE SAME DAY WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION. All entries become the sole property of Miller Brewing Company and will not be returned.
  2. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 8/18/04 from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
  3. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: (1) Grand Prize: 3-day/2-night trip to New York City on September 17-19, 2004 for winner and guest. Prize includes roundtrip coach air transportation from commercial airport nearest winner's home, hotel accommodations (1 room/double occupancy), transportation to and from hotel, 2 nights admission passes for winner and guest to exclusive Miller concerts in New York City, and a $500 travel stipend ($3,214). Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.
  4. GENERAL RULES: Open only to residents of the 50 United States and D.C. (except CA), who are of legal drinking age or older at time of entry. Employees of Miller Brewing Company ("Sponsor"), SABMiller plc., their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, alcohol beverage retailers, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are NOT ELIGIBLE. Void in CA and where prohibited by law. Potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 5 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification, and an alternate will be selected. Winner's guest (who must be of legal drinking age or older) must sign and return a Release of Liability within 5 days of winner's attempted notification. Winner will be notified by phone/mail. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to this promotion. In the event of a dispute regarding any e-mail entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address). Potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. In the event Miller is prevented from continuing with the promotion or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond Miller’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Miller’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Miller shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion without any further obligation. If Miller, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the promotion as a result of a Force Majeure event, Miller reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award prizes from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, in a random drawing. In no event will more prizes be awarded than stated in Rule 3. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor and its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of any prize.
