Creepy spots

DISCOVERY Travel & Living has a treat for viewers who want Halloween more than once a year. That’s right, you can get a week's worth of hotel haunting, celebrity cemeteries and ancient catacombs in its new programme Destination Week: Creepy Hideouts

It takes viewers all over the globe, uncovering the scary details of haunted lodgings and visiting some of most recognisable ancient burial sites on the planet, including Stonehenge and the Great Pyramid of Giza.

This programme also takes viewers to the graves of some of the world's most well-known icons, including Michelangelo, Rudolph Valentino and Jim Morrison, then walks viewers through the hidden vaults and chambers that lie beneath some of the most famous cities in the world.

Destination Week: Creepy Hideouts starts Aug 7 on Astro Channel 11, and will air every night at 11pm. The rerun is the next day at 9am.
