The Doors played the Hullabaloo Club in West Hollywood, California

1966:  June 2 - June 18

The Doors opened for Them with Van Morrison in a two-week engagement at Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood, California

1967:  June 3

'Light My Fire' was released.   It would become #1 in two months.

1967:  June 3 - June 4

The Doors played their fourth and final weekend at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, California

1969:  May 30 & 31

Two nights of poetry readings and film screenings at Cinematheque 16 in Hollywood, California to benefit Normal Mailer's New York mayoralty campaign.   Jim read the long version of 'An American Prayer' both nights, and was accompanied by Robby Krieger on guitar for some rhythm and blues songs.

1970:  June 5

The Doors played P.N.E. Coliseum in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

1974:  June 4

The Butts Band appeared on Midnight Special

1998:  May 30

Robby Krieger Band played the House of Blues in West Hollywood, California

2002:  June 5

Robby Krieger Band played at Conduit in Trenton, New Jersey  (read a review)
