Madison Square Garden concert - capacity 20,000

1970:  January 17  &  18

The Doors performed two shows on each of two nights at New York City's Felt Forum in Madison Square Garden building    {  I was at one of those shows  }

1971:  January 19

Drummer Ty Dennis was born in Orange County, California

1994:  January 22

Robby performed at Wise Guys, Pasadena, CA

1999:  January 23

Ray performed two shows at McCabes Guitar Shop, Santa Monica, California

1999:  January 24

Ray did a "Light My Fire" booksigning at Tower Records, Anaheim, California

2003:  January 19

The  (21st Century)  Doors play 'Rain In The Desert'  at The Palms Resort Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada.   This show was originally scheduled for December 8, 2002 on Jim's 59th birthday.   Stewart Copeland broke his arm in late November, and the show had to be postponed to January 19, 2003
